Monday – Friday 18:30-20:00 and Saturday 09:00-17:00. Appointments are available to all patients across our PCN and are delivered from our practices as follows.

Monday – Whittle Surgery and Dr Jacobs

Tuesday – Dr Dawoud’s

Wednesday – Withnell HC

Thursday – The Surgery, Chorley

Friday and Saturday – on rotation across our practices.

All sessions provide a mix of face to face and telephone appointments with a healthcare professional, E.g GP, Practice Nurse, HCA. Practice sessions may be subject to change in the event of a bank holiday or staffing shortages.

To book an appointment at one of our evening or weekend clinics, please contact the reception team at your own GP surgery, who can book you in at any of our surgeries.

We work in conjunction with Chorley Council and offer a social prescribing service to our patients. Patients can refer directly to the service or referral can be made by a member of your practice team.

We have a pharmacy team supporting practices across our PCN with medication reviews and minor ailments.

Care-Co-ordinators work within practices across the PCN to provide support to practices within the PCN to manage, identify and provide coordination of care for the PCN population.

Our General Practice Assistants provide a support role, carrying out administrative tasks, combined in some areas with basic clinical duties, helping to free up GPs time and contribute to the smooth running of appointments, improving patients experience in our practices.
